I had a phone consultation with Dr. Tamera Chan prior to booking. She was quick to respond and explained my options. On the day my dog was to be euthanized Dr. Chan arrived early, at my request, demonstrating her care and flexibility. Upon arrival, Dr. Chan throughly explained the process as she had done during our phone call. She spoke with me about my dog and also shared a few stories of her own. Dr. Chan is patient, professional, and personable. In less time than estimated I received my dog’s ashes accompanied by a beautiful note from Dr. Chan and the Peaceful Paws team. I’m grateful I chose Dr. Chan and would highly recommend her services to any family facing the decision to say good-bye to their pet.

My little Sassiesadly had to be euthanized. Dr. Chan showed up on time and was professional. I provided instructions prior to her arrival and she was respectful of my wishes. All the paperwork was done beforehand so I had minimal interaction which is what I prefer. I wanted to just be alone and quiet with my dog in her final moments in my garden where Sassie loved to be. I would definitely recommend her and use her services in the future. Thank you Dr. Chan.
